Who we are
Pluto Projects founder
Harley Fry has a background in complex steel fabrication. This inspired him to explore new ways of building steel moulds to create unique concrete forms. This led to an interest in the material make up of cement, and ultimately, how it could be produced using less carbon. Eventually, this resulted in the creation of Bloom Cement.
Fiercely creative and passionate about pushing the boundaries, Harley works regularly with the best in the business to deliver novel, yet functional, solutions using steel and low carbon concrete.
